Every Etsy seller pays these fees regardless of location:
- Transaction Fee: 6.5% on total order (item + shipping + gift wrap)
- Listing Fee: $0.20 USD per listing (renews every 4 months or when sold)
- Offsite Ads: 15% (or 12% for high-volume sellers) if sale comes from Etsy’s ads

Some countries have a Regulatory Operating Fee that Etsy charges to cover the cost of operating in regulated markets:

- Free shipping: Etsy boosts listings with free shipping, but fees still apply to total order value

- Opt out of Offsite Ads: If you sell under $10,000/year, you can opt out to avoid the 15% fee
